    Head straight to The Canny Man (basement of the Guangdong Wharney Hotel) on Lockhart Road in Wanchai. You are bound to meet some members tucking into a Scotch pie or millionaires shortbread or just talking mince!

    A : In Hong Kong we are spoiled and have a range of options:

    for Scottish (and Irish) folk music try Bahouki Irish Music
    for bagpipers and bagpipe bands, there are several options:
    The Hong Kong Pipe Band or The Hong Kong Scottish Piping and Drumming Association.

  • I love ceilidh dancing; is there somewhere I can dance throughout the year?

    Watch out for the St Andrew’s Society annual St Andrew’s Ball, and the dance practices in the run up to the main event (in October). Also, enquire with the Hong Kong Highlanders.
